KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card) and may require additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds. ph22.com reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
4.2 You agree to notify ph22.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. ph22.com shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or failed to promptly notify ph22.com of a suspected breach.
4.3 ph22.com strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. This feature is available at no cost in your Account security settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
4.4 ph22.com will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ph22.com that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
ph22.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods only: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2.1 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph22.com does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not registered in the Player's name may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

11.2 ph22.com's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph22.com does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph22.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph22.com's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ph22.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where ph22.com has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ph22.com reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including both deposited funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph22.com customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and ph22.com, you agree to first contact ph22.com customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ph22.com will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent ph22.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
